Sales Policy:
All items sold are "AS IS" - NON-REFUNDABLE......money in the form of deposits, payments, etc. is NON-REFUNDABLE. All horses sold are "AS IS". Please feel free to have a vet check when you purchase a horse. In the event that you can no longer keep the horse you purchased, would like to switch for a different horse we have available, etc. we will make every effort to take the horse back if we have a stall available. Until we have a stall available you will be responsible for keeping the horse and giving it quality care. The same terms apply to our adoption animals. We make every effort to match the appropriate animal and person, will always be available for advice on care, and will try to help in any other way when possible.
If you would like to switch your horse for another horse we have available there will be a transfer fee for switching horses, an additional fee if the second horse is more expensive, and possibly fees to re-train the horse you are returning, shoe, vet bills if vet care is needed, etc. If you are switching for a horse that is less expensive we will not refund the difference, consider it a donation to our rescue program. Unfortunately, we run on an extremely tight budget and cannot refund money.
